Ahsan Ali Ashraf is an Associate Professor at Lahore Business School, University of Lahore, with extensive experience in academic research, international conference leadership, and capacity-building workshops. He previously served as Head of Department at the University of Sialkot and has been actively engaged in research on organizational behavior, leadership, talent management, workplace psychology, sustainability, and governance. Dr. Ashraf has a strong track record of organizing and chairing international academic workshops and conference sessions, including serving as Workshop Chair and Keynote Speaker at several international conferences organized by EWA Publishing and other global academic platforms.
